Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch t\u00e9mat t\u00e9to konference jsou tak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 technologie a postupy podle posledn\u00edch poznatk\u016f v\u011bdy. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku V\u00e1m p\u0159edstavujeme prvn\u00ed t\u0159i lektory, kte\u0159\u00ed na konferenci vystoup\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dovolen\u00e9 vady p\u0159i provozu vyhrazen\u00fdch tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed podle americk\u00fdch norem ASME<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V refer\u00e1tu se jedn\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o normy API 579 \/ ASME FFS-1 Fitness-For-Service, kter\u00e9 byly odsouhlaseny jak americk\u00fdm petrolej\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm institutem (API), tak i americkou spole\u010dnost\u00ed strojn\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f (ASME). Fitness for service je americk\u00fd term\u00edn pro v\u00fdpo\u010det maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch vad, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b vyhovuj\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016fm bezpe\u010dnosti p\u0159i provozu tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek Dovolen\u00e9 vady p\u0159i provozu vyhrazen\u00fdch tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed podle americk\u00fdch norem ASME objasn\u00ed jak americk\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed t\u0159i hlavn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Je pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed provozu tlakov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9?<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Jak dlouho lze je\u0161t\u011b tlakov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed provozovat?<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Lze udr\u017eet provoz za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed do dal\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 odst\u00e1vky?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ing. V\u00e1clav Peka\u0159, CSc.<\/strong><br>p\u0159edseda pracovn\u00ed skupiny a \u010dlen v\u011bdeck\u00e9 rady APTI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 1978 ukon\u010dil studium na fakult\u011b strojn\u00ed V\u0160D \u017dilina, pot\u00e9 absolvoval postgradu\u00e1ln\u00ed kurz na kated\u0159e pru\u017enosti a pevnosti strojn\u00ed fakulty \u010cVUT Praha. Extern\u00ed aspiranturu ukon\u010dil v roce 1993 na Stavebn\u00ed fakult\u011b VUT, katedra ocelov\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed a most\u016f. Ve sv\u00e9 praxi pracoval jako konstrukt\u00e9r, materi\u00e1lov\u00fd specialista a posl\u00e9ze v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u00e1\u0159 zpo\u010d\u00e1tku ocelov\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed a zdvihadel a posl\u00e9ze jako v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u00e1\u0159 potrub\u00ed. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pracuje jako nez\u00e1visl\u00fd konzultant a soudn\u00ed znalec. V\u011bnuje se tak\u00e9 publika\u010dn\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed \u010dinnosti. Je autorem publikace JAK NA POTRUB\u00cd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chyby v technick\u00e9 dokumentaci v\u00fdrobce tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a reakce NOBO<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Certifika\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny dnes (za \u00fahradu) vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed certifik\u00e1ty tak\u0159ka na v\u0161e a n\u011bkdy je to tak\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc na hran\u011b. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edm pohled z druh\u00e9 strany, kdy je nutn\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148ovat d\u016fle\u017eitost p\u0159\u00ednosu certifikace pro v\u00fdrobce a \u00fa\u010delnost vyu\u017eit\u00ed certifik\u00e1tu. Vyzdvihnu nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed omyly, neznalosti pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f a objasn\u00edm postup certifika\u010dn\u00edho org\u00e1nu a v\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt nebo proces.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ing. Luk\u00e1\u0161 Turza, Ph.D.<\/strong><br>\u010cVUT v Praze, fakulta strojn\u00ed, p\u0159edseda pracovn\u00ed skupiny APTI z.s. pro tlakov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<br>LL \u2013 C (Certification), a. s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autor p\u016fsob\u00ed jako v\u011bdeck\u00fd pracovn\u00edk v\u00fdzkumu na fakult\u011b strojn\u00ed \u010cVUT v Praze v oborech perspektivn\u00ed technologie, teorie metodiky sv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, technick\u00e9 normalizace, a dal\u0161\u00edch. To umo\u017e\u0148uje se zm\u00ednit o &#8222;ostrovn\u00edm&#8220; vod\u00edku a jeho spot\u0159eb\u011b v m\u00edst\u011b jeho v\u00fdroby i s ohledem na barvu vod\u00edku (zelen\u00e1, \u0161ed\u00e1\u2026), hluku za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, obecn\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti vyhrazen\u00fdch technick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00edch syst\u00e9m VPS, obsluze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Budou prezentov\u00e1ny vzory pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch komponent pro sestavy VPS a vyhodnocen potenci\u00e1l \u010desk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed na aktivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast p\u0159i zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdstavby infrastruktury vod\u00edkov\u00fdch plnic\u00edch stanic v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ing. Vladim\u00edr Dynda, CSc.<\/strong><br>APT, spol. s r. o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autor v roce 1975 ukon\u010dil vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e1 studia na \u010cVUT-FEL, specializace mikroelektronika. N\u00e1sledn\u011b pracoval ve v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoji jedno\u00fa\u010delov\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zejn\u00e9ma pro obor polovodi\u010dov\u00e9 techniky a elektroniky. V roce 1983 p\u0159evzal veden\u00ed cel\u00e9ho \u00fatvaru VaV, p\u0159i zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed dokon\u010dil postgradu\u00e1ln\u00ed studium se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na fyziku plasmatu a z\u00edskal titul kandid\u00e1ta matematicko-fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bd. V lednu roku 1989 se stal \u0159editelem Tesly Elstroj a ve funkci pracoval do roku 1992. V roce 1990 zalo\u017eil spole\u010dnost APT s posl\u00e1n\u00edm pokra\u010dovat ve v\u00fdvoji technologick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm v\u00fdvoje bbyla za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro technick\u00e9 plyny (v\u00fdroba, skladov\u00e1n\u00ed, pln\u011bn\u00ed tlakov\u00fdch n\u00e1dob,\u010dist\u00e9 a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed plyny, zdroje plyn\u016f pro koncov\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, plni\u010dky vod\u00edku a LNG pro automobily a podobn\u011b). Spole\u010dnost APT, spol. s r. o. vede dosud.
