Kongresov\u00fd s\u00e1l, praskaj\u00edc\u00ed ve \u0161vech, sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o rostouc\u00edm z\u00e1jmu odborn\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti o problematiku bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho provozu vyhrazen\u00fdch technick\u00fdch tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Akce se konala pod z\u00e1\u0161titou m\u00edstop\u0159edsedy vl\u00e1dy a ministra pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed Ing. Mariana Jure\u010dky a ministra pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu Ing. Luk\u00e1\u0161e vl\u010dka. V r\u00e1mci odborn\u00e9ho programu vystoupilo 22 \u0159e\u010dn\u00edk\u016f z \u0159ad v\u011bdeck\u00fdch a v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch organizac\u00ed, v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch provozovatel\u016f tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch dlouholet\u00fdch expert\u016f na problematiku inspekc\u00ed a diagnostiku a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b tak\u00e9 z\u00e1stupci org\u00e1n\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00edho odborn\u00e9ho dozoru. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci velmi vysoce hodnotili nejen \u00farove\u0148 odborn\u00e9ho programu, profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed organizaci, ale i kvalitu poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TLAK 2025 potvrdil svou pozici kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 platformy pro odbornou diskusi v oblasti tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, energetiky a tepl\u00e1renstv\u00ed. Program nab\u00eddl vyv\u00e1\u017eenou kombinaci teoretick\u00fdch p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ek, praktick\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed a inovativn\u00edch t\u00e9mat, v\u010detn\u011b digitalizace, vyu\u017eit\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, modern\u00edch inspek\u010dn\u00edch metod a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed rizik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci ocenili vysokou odbornou \u00farove\u0148 prezentac\u00ed, p\u0159ehlednost v\u00fdkladu a propojen\u00ed s aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed legislativou a normami. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky poskytly nejen cenn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 informace, ale i inspiraci pro implementaci modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed a postup\u016f v praxi. Zam\u011b\u0159ila se na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed legislativn\u00ed r\u00e1mec a specifick\u00e9 normy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed provozovan\u00fdch v jadern\u00e9 energetice, s d\u016frazem na po\u017eadavky z\u00e1kona o vyhrazen\u00fdch technick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky a n\u00e1vazn\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 i n\u00e1rodn\u00ed normy. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00ed srozumiteln\u011b vysv\u011btlila rozd\u00edly mezi obecn\u00fdmi a jadern\u011b-specifick\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky, upozornila na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 zm\u011bny v posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed shody a v po\u017eadavc\u00edch na dokumentaci a kvalifikaci dodavatel\u016f. Ocen\u011bn\u00ed zaslou\u017e\u00ed jej\u00ed p\u0159ehledn\u00e1 struktura v\u00fdkladu a praktick\u00e9 poznatky z aplika\u010dn\u00ed praxe, kter\u00e9 p\u0159inesly poslucha\u010d\u016fm cenn\u00e9 informace pro ka\u017edodenn\u00ed technickou i kontroln\u00ed \u010dinnost. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ka velmi p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1, odborn\u011b fundovan\u00e1 a p\u0159isp\u011bla k lep\u0161\u00edmu pochopen\u00ed prov\u00e1zanosti legislativy, norem a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch standard\u016f v jadern\u00e9m sektoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kontroln\u00ed \u010dinnost S\u00daIP v oblasti VTZ-TZ<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ing. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00ed srozumiteln\u011b shrnul nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nedostatky zji\u0161\u0165ovan\u00e9 p\u0159i kontrol\u00e1ch, upozornil na opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed povinnost\u00ed provozovatel\u016f a revizn\u00edch technik\u016f a vyzdvihl d\u016fle\u017eitost spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho veden\u00ed provozn\u00ed dokumentace. Cenn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem bylo i sezn\u00e1men\u00ed s metodikou kontrol a p\u0159\u00edstupem inspektor\u016f S\u00daIP k hodnocen\u00ed rizik a pln\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1konn\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed legislativy. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ka byla v\u011bcn\u00e1, p\u0159ehledn\u00e1 a podlo\u017eena konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edklady z praxe, kter\u00e9 poslucha\u010d\u016fm poskytly jasnou p\u0159edstavu o aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch trendech i o mo\u017en\u00fdch dopadech zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch nedostatk\u016f. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost v\u011bnoval praktick\u00fdm aspekt\u016fm diagnostiky a nedestruktivn\u00edho zkou\u0161en\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b interpretace v\u00fdsledk\u016f pro rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o dal\u0161\u00edm provozu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Jeho prezentace vynikala p\u0159ehlednost\u00ed, technickou p\u0159esnost\u00ed a srozumiteln\u00fdm v\u00fdkladem i slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch jev\u016f. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ka byla velmi p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na pro odborn\u00edky z oblasti \u00fadr\u017eby, reviz\u00ed a konstrukce tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost v\u011bnoval nov\u00fdm trend\u016fm v oblasti defektoskopie a digitalizace z\u00e1znam\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esnosti a objektivity hodnocen\u00ed. Prezentace byla dopln\u011bna konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edklady z praxe a p\u016fsobila velmi p\u0159ehledn\u011b a odborn\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u011b. Celkov\u011b \u0161lo o kvalitn\u00ed a prakticky p\u0159\u00ednosnou p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ku, kter\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm poskytla aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed informace o modern\u00edch postupech kontroly svar\u016f a jejich v\u00fdznamu pro bezpe\u010dnost tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nov\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy k hodnoteniu riz\u00edk pri tlakov\u00fdch zariadeniach&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ing. Zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem byla i prezentace zku\u0161enost\u00ed z aplikace t\u011bchto metod ve slovensk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu a energetice, dopln\u011bn\u00e1 o srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s evropsk\u00fdmi standardy. V\u00fdklad byl odborn\u011b p\u0159esn\u00fd, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 srozumiteln\u00fd a podn\u011btn\u00fd pro \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed odbornou diskusi. Zd\u016fraznil potenci\u00e1l AI p\u0159i automatizaci vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed shody, generov\u00e1n\u00ed podklad\u016f a kontrole souladu s legislativn\u00edmi i normativn\u00edmi po\u017eadavky. Zaj\u00edmavou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed prezentace byly praktick\u00e9 uk\u00e1zky nasazen\u00ed AI v in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 praxi a \u00favahy o budouc\u00edm v\u00fdvoji regulace v souvislosti s digitalizac\u00ed technick\u00e9 dokumentace. P\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00ed srozumiteln\u011b vysv\u011btlil principy jednotliv\u00fdch metod, jejich omezen\u00ed a mo\u017enosti integrace modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti a spolehlivosti provozu. Zaj\u00edmavou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed byly p\u0159\u00edklady aplikac\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00fdch provozech, zku\u0161enosti s inovativn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edstupy a doporu\u010den\u00ed pro optimalizaci kontroln\u00edch proces\u016f. Prezentace byla odborn\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e1, p\u0159ehledn\u00e1 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 srozumiteln\u00e1 i pro \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 publikum.
