V\u00e1clav Peka\u0159 a kolektiv<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato kniha je o anal\u00fdze, vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed rizik p\u0159i provozu potrub\u00ed a o technick\u00e9 inspekci z anal\u00fdzy rizik vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed, a kterou je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed rizik. Kniha se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm potrub\u00edm, ale v\u011bt\u0161ina kapitol se d\u00e1 vzt\u00e1hnout i na ostatn\u00ed tlakov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na tlakov\u00e9 n\u00e1doby. D\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee vyn\u011bt\u00edm potrub\u00ed z na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy o vyhrazen\u00fdch tlakov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch a po\u017eadavc\u00edch na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jejich bezpe\u010dnosti se uvolnila mo\u017enost prov\u00e1d\u011bt technick\u00e9 inspekce potrub\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm ve\u0161ker\u00fdch  nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00edch poznatk\u016f z oblasti nedestruktivn\u00edch zkou\u0161ek (NDT), teori\u00edch materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed a posledn\u00edch po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed. Nav\u00edc je nutn\u00e9 konstatovat, \u017ee ani dal\u0161\u00ed na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy, a to tentokr\u00e1t o plynov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, se net\u00fdk\u00e1 potrub\u00ed v\u0161ech, ale jen potrub\u00ed plynov\u00fdch. Zb\u00fdv\u00e1 tak velk\u00e1 skupina potrub\u00ed jako nap\u0159. parovody, horkovody, teplovody, technologick\u00e1, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 a procesn\u00ed potrub\u00ed, kter\u00e1 nespadaj\u00ed pod \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy, ale o kter\u00e9 je nutn\u00e9 se v provozu postarat. Proto\u017ee v\u0161ichni pracovn\u00edci z provozu potrub\u00ed v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee je nutn\u00e9 potrub\u00ed za provozu podrobovat kontrole, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech nelze jinak, ne\u017e uvedenou problematiku \u0159e\u0161it t\u00e9\u017e s odborn\u011b zp\u016fsobil\u00fdmi osobami v oblasti BOZP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161eobecn\u011b a z logiky v\u011bci lze tvrdit, \u017ee zde uveden\u00e9 v\u011bci o o anal\u00fdze, vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed rizik p\u0159i provozu potrub\u00ed a o technick\u00e9 inspekci z anal\u00fdzy rizik vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed lze jednodu\u0161e aplikovat na tlakov\u00e9 n\u00e1doby i kotle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 ne\u017e dodat, \u017ee takov\u00e1to kniha na trhu dosud velmi chyb\u011bla. Tato kniha tedy byla naps\u00e1na proto, aby pom\u00e1hala a z\u00e1rove\u0148 vedla provozn\u00ed a revizn\u00ed techniky, techniky bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce a in\u017een\u00fdry, kte\u0159\u00ed v uveden\u00e9m oboru pracuj\u00ed. Je to tedy p\u0159\u00edru\u010dka a pom\u016fcka. M\u016f\u017ee poslou\u017eit i jako u\u010debnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to tak\u00e9 pom\u016fcka pro provozovatele potrubn\u00edch a tlakov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, aby dok\u00e1zali spr\u00e1vn\u011b posoudit riziko p\u0159i provozu a toto riziko spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u0159\u00eddit. V t\u00e9to pom\u016fcce nejsou citov\u00e1ny nebo jinak publikov\u00e1ny technick\u00e9 normy. V\u017edy je v\u0161ak uveden odkaz na pot\u0159ebnou normu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to t\u00e9\u017e p\u0159\u00edru\u010dka spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 praxe pro tuto oblast.
